I Mostri 2.0 is a series of short films inspired by Dino Risi's cult 1963 film "I Mostri". The aim is to investigate, ranging from the comic to the grotesque, some dramatic and contradictory aspects of today's society and the human beings who populate it.

These contradictions, some bordering on the paradoxical, have become the fictional creatures of seven directors and their respective creative teams.

The series has developed a heterogeneous style that distances itself from Dino Risi's film but retains its moralising spirit and bitter flavour.
